President ECOSF held a meeting with Prof. Pardhan at the Aga Khan Institute of Education Development (IED) of the Aga Khan University in Karachi

President ECOSF Dr. Manzoor H. Soomro held a meeting with a renowned scholar and educationist Professor Pardhan and his young colleagues Dr. Tasneem Anwar and Dr. Sadia Bhutta at the Aga Khan Institute of Education Development (IED) of the Aga Khan University in Karachi on July 28, 2017. During the meeting both sides discussed the educational programs of ECOSF and IED and possible cooperation for promotion of  Inquiry Based Science Education (IBSE) in Pakistan and beyond in ECOSF member countries. Both sides agreed to cooperate.

It is worth mentioning that ECOSF sponsored the participation of Dr. Tasneem Anwar from Aga Khan Institute of Education Development (IED) of the Aga Khan University in Karachi in the International Forum on Science Education held in Beijing, China on 3-4 July 2017.  The forum focused on the theme of Fusion of Civilizations curriculum design for Peace and Harmony along the “One Belt One Road (OBOR)" initiative of China.
